RETURN POLICY

Refunds:
       1. When the refunded item arrives at the address provided by customer service, we will process your refund within a few days
       2. The refund will be issued to your Account. You can withdraw it to the original account/card you paid earlier. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
       Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within several hours of purchase. Please submit a ticket to contact us if you decide to cancel the order. ( Products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.)
Note:
       If you want to return the product, please confirm that you've received your package.
       Then submit a "Return or Exchange" Ticket with supportive proof (photos or videos). We do not provide Return Label service. Please contact our customer service for guidance. After you submit your ticket, our Customer Service will approve your return request according to our policy, warranty, product status, and the proof you provided.
       We are also not liable for any aftersale issues that have been mishandled without any prior approval from the website. We also require justifications for every claim, such as photo-taking, video proof, etc. Please contact customer service, if you have any problems with your order.
       Return time:Within 30 days after receiving the items.
       We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
